Free 3-Mile Track Test Day and Free SOLO Fun Runs on the Big Pad Available to All SCCA Members and those who want to Join The Club and still save a lot off the normal track testing fees.
No overnight Friday camping inside the paddock but it is OK to stay outside the gate with no hookups.
Gates open at 7am Saturday and close at 7pm Saturday.
SCCA Members are FREE
Non SCCA members are welcome and can pay the SCCA membership dues at the registration desk or pay the normal testing fee of $349 for the whole day.
SCCA memberships cost $90 and are good for a year with many benefits!
Testing will take place from 9am to 4:30pm with groupings made that day based on who shows up. At the very least it will be “Open Wheel and Closed Wheel” as the groupings. No street cars!
Passengers will not be allowed in cars on track.
Test groupings will depend on the mixture of car classes.
Calling in advance to sign up will help make the test-groupings the best they can be. Call Geoff Pitts at 530-934-5588 Ext 105.
Food service will be available for breakfast and lunch and early afternoon drinks and snacks.
Fuel service and limited tire service will also be available.
The event will continue, rain or shine.
All cars going on track must be race cars with roll cages and so on. We will not check for log books. NO STREET CARS!!!
All cars MUST HAVE MUFFLERS and meet the sound limits imposed which offer a maximum of 103 db.
Sound will be monitored and compliance has Zero tolerance for this event.
As always we reserve the right to refuse access to our track to anyone not meeting the spirit and intent of the event.
We ask that all those who attend this event to please use Thunderhill fuel, food and merchandise offerings, especially food, so that we can justify the staffing and food costs. It is your way of saying thanks for the FREE Day.
This event is being presented by the Sacramento Chapter of the Club and is entirely under their jurisdiction.

Free set up for selling old parts and cars and merchandise.
Just show up and sign in with your name, address and telephone number.
All we ask is that you leave your space cleaner than when you found it.
Space will be between the Gift Shop and the Fuel Station.
Space are designed to be limited to 10 x 10. If you need more space for a car trailer or other vehicle we ask that you do not spread out all over the place. Respect the others and do what is right.
If you like this program, please write to the SFR/SCCA office and/or the Thunderhill Park office at P O Box 966, Willows, Ca. 95988. We want to identify and quantify the value received and the desire by however many respond so as to continue this program with help from the Club. The Solo part is being run by a motivated and excellent Solo Chapter. Thunderhill would like the road racing part to be run by a similar road racing organization to help us continue the program.
