30 days to Submit for Stipend

New this year, we are paying everyone who volunteers at our racing events $100 per day. There are two caveats to receiving the check.  First off you need to fill out a W-9 form with us.  Secondly all requests for payments need to be submitted within 30 days of the event. As our events are completed, we need to know what the actual costs are that are associated with that event. Knowing these costs help us make decisions for future events.
To receive the payment let the chief of your crew know you want to get paid.  Also make sure you sign up for all events on Motorsport reg. This insures you are on the roster for volunteering, and it ensures everyone gets a lunch.
